Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between the trader and consumers through the website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.

Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery costs are calculated and shown during checkout before payment confirmation.
The trader reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the moment of order confirmation.
Orders and Contract Conclusion
The website constitutes an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.
The contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation email.
The trader reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
1. incorrect or incomplete customer data
2. suspected fraud or abuse
3. product unavailability
4. obvious pricing error
If payment has been made, it will be refunded.

Delivery
Delivery is performed via courier to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the website and are not guaranteed deadlines.
Risk passes to the consumer upon receipt of the goods.
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement to the trader.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days after withdrawal notification.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond normal inspection.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after withdrawal notification and may be withheld until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
The trader refunds the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer.
Warranty and Non-Conformity
Consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law.
In case of non-conforming goods, the consumer may request:
