Shipping and Returns

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example email).

After notifying us, you must send back the goods within 14 days.

You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store.
However, you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

After we are informed of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (cheapest shipping option only), within 14 days.

We may withhold the refund until:

we receive the goods, or

you provide proof that the goods have been sent back

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless stated otherwise.
